Cancellation Policy
Miller Counseling Services requires a notice of at least 24 hours if you are unable to attend your appointment (non-emergency).
If you do not notify us within those parameters you will be charged for your missed appointment or last minute cancellation unless otherwise arranged with your therapist. When starting counseling, you signed a physical copy of our Cancellation Policy stating the 24 hour cancellation notice. We attempt, but cannot guarantee, to arrange an automated appointment reminder via phone, text, or email. If you are not receiving the reminder, please update us with your information and/or reminder preference. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointments.
