Since Dr. Miller is a solo practice, you can call at any time and leave a message if she does not answer directly. Our Administrative Coordinator, Sarah Candler or Dr. Miller will return your call as soon as they are able. You may email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org; or call 919-848-2100.
If you are having a mental health emergency, please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room and ask for the psychiatrist on call; or contact Holly Hill at 919-250-7000. Please understand that email and voice-mails to our office are not to be used for life threatening emergencies. Your therapist does monitor their personal voicemail box on a daily basis; however a response is not always guaranteed immediately.
There is no child care or space for small children available at Miller Counseling Services, therefore it is not recommended that you bring children with you to a session. Because of the sensitive nature of our services, we ask that if you do bring an older child with you during your session, they will need to be quiet, and you will need to monitor their behavior and noise levels. Please bring something with you for them to stay occupied. We kindly ask that you clean up after your child in the restroom and waiting area as a courtesy.
