Susan MillerIf you are interested in seeing Dr. Susan Miller for counseling or coaching services, please contact our office for more information and to ask about setting up your Initial Appointment. We are looking forward to serving your counseling and coaching needs.

Upon scheduling your Initial Appointment, our Administrative Coordinator, Sarah Candler, will email you the appropriate forms, appointment information and any special instructions regarding your virtual session.

Insurance: Please note, we are an out of network provider and do not accept insurance. Within 48 hours of your session, you will receive a statement/superbill of your claim. It will be your responsibility to submit your claim to your insurance provider for applicable reimbursements based on your policy.

Please email us a copy of your License/or Photo ID for us to place on file.


Step 1: Contact our office to make an Initial Appointment. 919-848-2100 or email us at mcs.receptionist@gmail.com.

Step 2: Once you’ve made your appointment, one of our administration team will reach out to you with information on e-signing your initial forms and instructions on logging into the Secure Patient Portal to fill out your Biographical profile information. Online information will remain confidential (encrypted) for our office use only.  After your first visit you will be able to schedule appointments online using the Client Portal.

​Step 1.  ​Click the Client Portal link.​ Upon scheduling your initial appointment with Dr. Miller, you will receive an email with your appointment time, paperwork you will need to bring with you to your Initial Appointment, and login information for you to access your biographical information and online scheduling.

Step 2.  Click: “My Contact or Insurance Information has changed”

Step 3.  Click: “I want to complete a Biographical Information Form.” It is required for you  to complete all information even if currently on file.

Step 4.  Once you have your Initial Appointment with Dr. Miller and have completed your initial paperwork, you will be able to schedule or change an appointment time.
